With regards to the roof/ski racks: these are only available at certain locations and should also be requested at the time of booking; there may be a local charge for these. When booking a car at an airport in a remote country, always ensure that you are aware of the driver’s licence requirements in that country and that you have the correct documentation with you. In many countries, an International Driving Permit is enough, but there are exceptions to this rule.
